4. Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment Processing:

• By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your account
• All transactions are non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy
• You are responsible for any taxes or additional charges imposed by your payment provider

Payment Gateway Compliance:

• We comply with all payment gateway provider terms and conditions
• Payment data is encrypted and processed securely
• We do not store complete payment card information on our servers
• All transactions follow PCI DSS compliance standards
• Chargebacks and disputes must be resolved through official payment gateway channels
• We reserve the right to refuse service to customers with fraudulent payment history

5. Product & Service Delivery

Upon successful payment:

• Subscription services are activated within 1-2 minutes
• Access credentials are provided securely
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
• HVM is not responsible for service interruptions beyond our control

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and materials on the HVM platform are the property of HVM or our licensors. You agree to:

• Not reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
• Not use our platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Respect all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights
• Not create derivative works from our products

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share access credentials with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Engage in any form of illegal activity

8. Subscription Terms

For subscription-based products:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You will receive renewal reminders before each billing cycle
• Cancellation must be requested through your account dashboard
• Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase as per our Refund Policy
• Subscription benefits are provided "as-is" without warranties

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• We will attempt to resolve disputes within 14 days
• If unresolved, disputes will be handled through applicable legal channels
• All disputes are subject to Indian law and jurisdiction

• Terminate service for fraudulent activity
• Terminate service for non-payment
• Terminate service for violation of applicable laws
